Achieving our vision
In 2022, Goodwill Leadership began developing a strategic plan to provide greater focus and direction for our organization. Since then, we have updated our vision and values and continue to be guided by our mission: Building Lives That Work.
We are proud to share our 2025–2027 Strategic Plan. This plan builds on our existing strengths while identifying and developing new opportunities. It serves as a practical and forward-looking guide to keep our organization aligned, focused, and moving toward achieving our vision.
