Goodwill is prepared for quick turn-around, because we quote and complete new and different jobs on a regular basis. We will look at any job regardless of size, process, or unique characteristics.

Our contract workers, many of whom have a disability or other barrier to employment, take pride in the job they do. They feel satisfaction through the dignity and self-esteem that earning a paycheck provides.
Cleaning Rags
As part of our goal to reduce waste and build more sustainable communities, we make an effort to use every donation. When we receive clothing items that are unsuitable for sale, we repurpose them into Goodwill Cleaning Rags, eco-friendly cleaning rags for at home and in the workplace. Our recycled industrial cleaning rags are absorbent, durable, washable, and reusable. They are great commercial cleaning rags for auto mechanics/detailing, manufacturing, construction/contractors, painting/refinishing, and commercial/residential uses at a very reasonable cost. UDC Employer Resource Network
The UDC (Union, Delaware County) Employer Resource Network (ERN) is an employer collaborative that pools resources to provide an on-the-job success coach who helps with work/life issues to all employees.
For member businesses, the success coach works on site to a) address many of the social determinants of work that can cause stress and derail a worker’s performance, b) provide financial literacy and other essential training and connect workers.
Host a donation drive
All the Good that Goodwill does starts with donations. Hosting a donation drive is the perfect way to support your school, church or organization while supporting our mission at the same time. Goodwill will help make your donation drive a success with a meeting toolkit, donation bins and pickup service.

Corporate giving
Goodwill needs your surplus inventory, your unclaimed or returned merchandise, even your lost and found items! The sale or recycling of these items will help to fund our programs and services. We would love to discuss how your contribution can make a difference in our community.
