Bryce Butler, Community Impact Manager at Goodwill, recently completed the CU Lead program through the Crawford Partnership, marking an important milestone in his professional leadership journey.
Bryce was joined at the celebration by fellow Goodwill team members James Adams, Director of Workforce Development; Autumn Williams, Employment Specialist; and Matt Tway, Vice President of Community Development, who attended to recognize and support his accomplishment.
Matt, a graduate of the CU Lead program’s 2021 class, also shared his own experience with participants, offering encouragement and perspective on the value of leadership development and community engagement.
The CU Lead program is designed to cultivate emerging leaders and strengthen connections throughout the community. Bryce’s completion of the program reflects Goodwill’s continued commitment to professional growth, leadership development, and meaningful community involvement.
