Marion Goodwill was proud to once again welcome campers from Camp PEPA, a summer program offered through Morrow County Developmental Disabilities (Morrow DD), to our Mt. Gilead retail location.
As part of their Week 1 activities, campers spent the day learning about Goodwill’s mission and the important role our organization plays in building lives that work. Our team members—Matt, Sherry, James, and Pam—provided an engaging and educational behind-the-scenes tour of the store and donation processing areas.
Campers had the opportunity to:
- See how donated items are received, sorted, and priced
- Learn about how Goodwill supports job training and employment opportunities for individuals of all abilities
- Explore the store while gaining insight into retail operations
To make the day even more special, each camper received a $5 Goodwill gift card to shop and experience the joy of finding a special treasure for themselves.
These meaningful community connections reflect our commitment to inclusion, education, and workforce development—and we are incredibly grateful to Camp PEPA and Morrow DD for partnering with us again this summer.
We look forward to continuing to support the learning and development of young individuals across the communities we serve.
Good Happens Here.
