October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), a time to recognize the significant contributions of workers with disabilities and to highlight the importance of inclusive workplaces. This year’s theme, “Celebrating Value and Talent,” is a reminder that every person has unique strengths that add value to our communities and workplaces.
At Marion Goodwill, we are proud to join this national celebration and reaffirm our commitment to creating opportunities for individuals of all abilities. Through job training, career coaching, and meaningful employment opportunities, we help participants showcase their talents, build confidence, and achieve greater independence.
