Marion, OH – October 30, 2025 – Marion Goodwill Industries proudly held a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the start of construction for its new Headquarters and Outlet Store, located at 1315 Delaware Avenue in Marion, Ohio.
This exciting project marks an important milestone in Marion Goodwill’s growth and continued commitment to empowering individuals through the power of work.

The groundbreaking brought together community leaders, state and local officials, and Goodwill staff and board members to commemorate the occasion.

Investing in the Future
Marion Goodwill purchased the existing building and surrounding land in 2023 to support future growth and innovation.
Once complete, the new facility will bring together administrative offices, retail outlet operations, and expanded workforce development services — strengthening Goodwill’s ability to meet community needs across its service area.
Construction is expected to begin soon, with the project scheduled for completion in August 2026.
