Beth Mathias is committed to the mission.

“As a child, I was very much a bookworm,” Mathias said. “I loved reading anything I could get my hands on. And I always knew I wanted to help people in some way, though I wasn’t sure exactly how. At one point, I thought I might pursue a career as a psychiatrist or counselor, and psychology continues to fascinate me to this day.”
