Participants in Goodwill’s youth program through OhioMeansJobs Marion County are helping spread Valentine’s cheer across Marion by creating handmade Valentine’s Day cards for local seniors.

The cards will be delivered throughout the community, offering messages of encouragement, warmth, and connection to seniors during the Valentine’s season. This heartfelt initiative demonstrates how small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference—both for those who receive the cards and for the young people who create them.
Projects like this provide youth with opportunities to build empathy, give back to their community, and see the impact of their efforts firsthand. Through partnerships like OhioMeansJobs Marion County, Goodwill continues to support youth development while strengthening community connections.
We are proud of our participants for their generosity and creativity—and grateful for the chance to help make Marion a more connected, caring community.
